Dr. S. Mohan is a senior pharmaceutical R&D leader with nearly three decades of experience spanning Process R&D, New Drug Discovery, Intellectual Property management, Drug Master Files (DMFs), First-to-File strategies, Analytical development, Quality and Regulatory affairs, and Chemistry, Manufacturing & Control (CMC). He has made significant contributions to the development of novel synthetic routes, polymorph innovation, and efficient, sustainable process design.
He holds a Master’s degree and PhD in Chemistry, specializing in hydrazides and pyrazoles, and is actively associated with the Prof. Ramasubbu Jeyaraman Science Foundation, where he contributes to inspiring young researchers and fostering a passion for scientific inquiry.
Head-Analytical Research & Development
Mr. Mariappan Soundarapandian holds an M.Sc. and M.Phil. in General Chemistry from Madurai Kamaraj University, Tamil Nadu. He brings over 23 years of extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specializing in Analytical Research, Quality, and Compliance.
Throughout his career, he has held diverse roles and responsibilities in leading pharmaceutical organizations, contributing significantly to analytical excellence and regulatory compliance. His expertise spans across a wide range of analytical techniques and quality systems in the pharmaceutical domain.
Head- Quality Assurance
Mr. G Yedukondalu, currently holding as the Head of Quality Assurance, has been part of RECEPS since 2024. He holds a Master of Science degree in Chemistry from Viswa Bharathi University Raipur, India.
He began his career as a Quality Control Chemist with more than two decades on the Quality systems and is an expert Quality leader who has held key roles encompassing quality control, compliance, systems and quality assurance at the site and corporate levels with vast experience of handling of Regulatory audits with global regulatory agencies. Seasoned Analytical professional having experience in GxP & Analytical method validations. Functional expertise for the management of 21 CFR compliance, Data integrity, Quality Management System (QMS) & Laboratory excellence.
Head of IPM
Dr. C. VALAN AMBUROSE brings in more than two decades of pharmaceutical industrial experience in patents. He holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Indian Institute of Technology Delhi. He is a recipient of Gold medal in M.Sc. Chemistry. He completed P.G. Diploma in Patents Law with All India First Rank from NALSAR University of Law. Prior to joining industry, he did postdoctoral research overseas.
Head-Finance & Accounts
Mr. Madhan Mohan Rao G is a qualified Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Having an extensive experience of 12 years in managing corporate finance, audits, taxation, and MIS reporting. Known for building efficient financial systems, enhancing internal controls, and ensuring timely financial closures. Adept at leading teams and partnering with management to drive profitability and organisational performance.
